If you want to leave her, you have to file a divorce petition in the court and obtain the divorce, but not by writing a bond. If you write a bond paper for divorce it is not valid as per law. So file a case in family court.

Dear Sir,

From your query it is not clear if you have married a second lady during subsisting of your first marriage. However, assuming that you married another lady after divorcing your first wife and you want to divorce your present wife, you will have to file divorce in family court only and only the divorce decree granted by the family court is valid. Registering bond paper in sub register office or notarizing the divorce agreement will not be valid.

Hi
A divorce can only be through court and not through registered bond papers/ notary etc.
So apply for divorce in the family court under your respective marriage act and get the divorce granted by courts.

Dear Client,
You must file a petition to grant divorce. You must engage an expert advocate who has been doing family cases. Registration of bond paper in sub registrar office or notarysing the same will not give a valid divorce in law.
