Procedure of divorce on grounds of concealment and harassment

Hi, I got married on Sep15. Post marriage myself and my husband stayed together [at my father's place] for 70days [until end of Nov15] during which I was harassed by my husband, he demanded my salary, my jewels and jewels from my parents as part of dowry. After end of Nov15, he left me in my father's home and absconded. He neither answered our calls nor returned d calls. And meanwhile we got to know that he had faked most of d facts about him in his profile. Post this I filed a divorce petition under HMOP.Case got disposed with nature of disposal as "Uncontested--ALLOWED WITHOUT COSTS" on Dec16. #When can I expect my final divorce papers?#If its possible then will I be able to ask for reverting or get stay of d judgement in district court?#will I be able to file petition under DVA,DOWC?#do I need to sign the divorce papers? Regards.
1. You can get an order copy within 15 days from the date of the order.2.Once the judgment pronounced on your favour in the case filed by you then you cannot the challenge the same. You can file the petitions under the DV act and the Dowry Harassment Act. The plea of domestic violence and Dowry Harassment had pleaded in the divorce petition filed by you then it will be a good case to you.
