You may get divorce but you have to prove any fault in your wife I.e. adultery, willingly not performing her matrimonial duties and physical or mental cruelty to you.... then you can file the case under section 13 of hindu marriage act.

Yes sir u can. There are provisions in Hindu Marriage Act for divorce under Sec 13(1) i to ix . So ur reason to take divorce must fit in these sections. Therefore u can contact me, giving details of ur reason to get divorce.. then only ur case can be considered likewise. Thank u

You can get divorce from your wife under the grounds available to you under Hindu Marriage Act (You have mentioned your Religion - Hindu). Divorce can be sought only after one year of marriage. Gud evening sir, as I read your problem you need divorce from your wife but she does not ready for this. Now there are some suggestion for you like you can file a plaint for ex party divorce if your marriage has completed at least 1 year but you have to give maintenance to your wife and children too if you have.
