Procedure for divorce of Indian citizen husband and foreign wife

European lady, holder of foreign passport and PIO CARD , Home maker, married to Indian man since 1991,staying in Bangalore for last 24 years ,2 children of 20 years age.Marriage was registered in Indian Embassy in Her Native country and also in Marriage registry office of her country.Wants divorce from her husband on the grounds of incompatiblity (emotional,sexual,ignorance from his side,financial cheating,etc).Husband works abroad for last 17 years,leaving their 2 children to be cared by wife.What are the rules for this kind of divorce & her legal rights to movable & immovable property
