Procedure for divorce in case wife threatening for false DV complaint?

28-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I'm Hindu male .married for past 14 months. Before marriage she agreed to come and settle in my home. So far, I never got a single penny from her and her family. Now she is telling like that I don't have my future in this place. You should move with me...occasionally she blackmails me by saying" I will file complaint against domestic violence". I have to look after my old parents and my mother is blind. How can I apply divorce from her?

You can apply for divorce on the grounds of cruelty. Dont worry about the false DV complaint. If you have not committed any offence you need not worry for anything. If you are in Chennai, you can contact me for a detailed discussion so that I can give a clear and proper guidance.
