muze wife se divorce lena he..meri shadi 2014 me hui...wife 7 mahino se mayke me rah rahi he...hamne usse vapis aane ke liye kaha bt vo muzper n mere parents pr zute aarop kr rahi he....agar humne usko apnaya nahi to vo 498 ka case krne ki dhamki deti he..isliye me usse ab divorce lena chahta hu...kya use vapis aane ka notice diye bagair hi divorce file kr sakta hu..notice bheja to vo vapis aa sakti he pr ab me uske sath nahi rahna chahta
Use notice bheje bagair hum Divorce petition file kar sakte hai
Aur usi tarah agar hume wife ki taraf se dhamkiya ya koi torture hai to uske liye hume aur humari family k safety k liye commissioner of police ko writting me comlpaint application karna jaruri hai
