Procedure for Divorce if Husband cheating and relatives harassing

I had marriage past 3 years and my husband and his family members all are harassed me for food and all and my husband having affairs with one married women and another one is video so what can I do for this case
1.You can file case of domestic violence against your husbands family but you will have to prove it in the court.
