Procedure for divorce and maintenance for cheating by husband

My husband has cheated on me by going to call girls, so want to take mutual consent divorce. What benefit I will get? If husband refused to give any amount.Is there any rule or law by which I can get money (maintenance/ alimony)?? Also in case my husband refuses for giving me money
Yes you have an option for going with maintenance in two ways these are 1) File a maintenance under section 125 of crpc for maintenance 2) under section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act .

First of all u both belongs to which religion ? And if you are other than Muslim and your husband is ready to you amount which you want in that case husband is not ready for divorce then you shall file petition for divorce and in u can claim maintenance ty

Dear client, the problems on which basis you are expecting for divorce are very difficult to prove, is it possible for you to prove it in court, in Indian penal code which is called as bigamy you can file suit against this clause, by proper counselling your spouse can be prevented from his such habits, proper suggestion possible only when I know the social status, his kind of work, his friend circle, their age group etc,if you like my suggestion please rate me.
