You can file suit for recovery of money in respect of dues from your wife. However it needs that you have to Court fees at the rate of 7.5 % of amount claimed.
Secondly you can contest divorce case free of cost if you approach the Legal Aid Authority which is found in the premises of respective Courts or in the campus of City Civil Courts Bangalore, provided your annual income is with in prescribed limits.

Dear sir,
If your wife already filed divorce case on the ground that impotency and other grounds, then you need not file a separate petition, in that case only you can contest and if you want to recovery that amount you have to file case for money recovery before civil court.
