Apane yah nahi bataya ki apaka talak ka case ke adhar kay ha . hindi marriage act section 13 me talak ke liya adhar kon se he jisake adhar apa talak chahte ho. Section 13 (b) me michael concerned se talak hota .apaka case kis stage par yaro Court ki oder sheet se pata chalata . family court me party ke attend karana padata .sing hota hai. Jayada jana kari phone karne par batay janajati hai.

There is a best way to know the truth ; the court where your case is filed ; just simply take out the NAKAL (copy of the case proceedings ) so that whatever happened on each peshi date will be clear ; as whatever went is being marked onto it. If you are not able to understand that than you can take that copy with you and may take legal advice with some other lawyer .

aapne konse court me or konsa case kis dhara or act me kr rkha hai. btaya nhi. pl btae.aapne btaya ki valil ne dono paksho kp aamne samne nhi kia to aap apni tarikh pr ja skti hai iske lia asp azad hai. rhi bat vakil ki dusre paksh se milne ki to esa nhi hota hai. kabhi bhi koi teacher ye nhi chahta hai ki uska koi chhatr fail ho jae. vaise hi koi vakil aapne case ko kmjor nhi krta hai.aapko apne advocate pr bhrosa krna chahia.agar aap talak lena chahti ho to aaram se talak mang skti ho. ektrfa talak mang skti ho lekin usme thoda samay lgega or vo talaq ke ground aapko sabit krna pdega. iske lia aapko dj court/ family court me divorce petition u/ s 13(1) (a) me lgana pdega.agar aap husband n wife dono consent se talaq mangte ho to ye 3-4 tarikho ke bad nipat jaega. dono ko eksath court me jana pdega or talaq ho jaega.ektarafa talaq me aapke pas kuchh esa bahana chahia jo talaq ke ground ho vo aapko sabit krna pdega.

Isme dono paksh apna apna paksh rakhenge or aapko gavahi me manshik or saririk krurta court me sabit krni padegi . Agat aap yh sabit kr doge to talak mil jayega. Lekin uske phle aapko gharelu hinsa bharan poshan or 406,498A ipc ke case bhi krke apne pati v uske ghar walo ko dabab me lana chahiye.ho ske to sampti me apne hisse ki mang bhi aapko krni chahiye. Isse vo khud dabab me aakr talak dene pr sahmt ho jayenge.

madam, you can approach the high court concerned under article 227 of the constitution of India praying therein that the family court or the court below who is hearing the divorce case may be directed to decide the divorce petition as per mandated under section 21 B (2) of the Act of 1955. which reads as under "21-B. Special provision relating to trial and disposal of petitions under the Act. -(2) Every petition under this Act shall be tried as expeditiously as possible, and endeavour shall be made to conclude the trial within six months from the date of service of notice of the petition on the respondent."
