Please help me in a divorce matter. It is of an extremely urgent mattr

Ive been married in jan 2017.since mrg my wife is not showing interest on me and always quarrels with me for no reason and tries to show people that coz of me she is facing problem. Then I got some doubt on her past and I got some evidences which shows that she had an affair with a guy before marriage and now she wants to marry him by leaving me. With the help of her frnds and her mother is supporting her as the girl has created a picture that am not keeping her happy. My evidences are text messages on whatsapp recorded by a spy software. Now the girl is going to her home and has decided not to come back to me and convince everyone at her home to marry the other guy. By jan 2018 1year will be over for marriage and she will start legal process for divorce by putting false cases on me like 498a and dowry etc. Their parents at the time of marriage have transferred some amount to my account saying this is for the couple future savings. I have never asked any money from her or her parents.

Leave her past and concentrate on your future. As your wife is now adamant and does not want to come back to you if she leaves you, try to save the marriage by assuring her of all happiness. Your tender words might help her change her mind. If your wife leaves you now, you cannot ask her to come back to you till Jan 2018 as your marriage is less than one year old as you cannot file Restitution of Conjugal Rights petition before 1 year of your marriage and also there are no cases available for the husband to file on her wife and get results in his favour. But your wife may get the police register cases under 498A and DV Act and also, she could file maintenance case claiming maintenance from you and if she does so, you will feel very hard to cope up with all these. Therefore, hold talks with her and her parents and try to end the disputes.
