Please guide me on the terms of divorce

My husband filed first petition leving inappropriate allegations. I m in abroad. He wants to make me come down and waste my hard earned money and time. What should i do. Pls advise. My family doesnt support me at all. He sent me a notice at my parental house but my family doesnt wanna speak to me and tell me about anything. Please advise. Hindu
