Plan for filing a divorce application as 16 year marriage not working

A hindu family. After 16 years of marriage understanding in my wife could not be established. Unnecessary quarrel daily (365 days x 16 yrs). A lot of tension daily due to quarrel. 11 years only child suffering badly. No physical relationship since 08 years. Does not care for any member of family. She has been provided every facility in family. I am a Govt. employee. Due to tension I am not able to work properly. No physical assults by me. Her parents do not talk with me. Nowadays she is asking for divorce. What is the solution? Is it divorce or something else. Kindly suggest.

If both parties are ready to file the case of mutual divorce in concerned court then plz. meet me or talking me on my whatsapp no, for appointment in the office/chamber. Both details related marriage given me for file the case to get the mutual divorce.

Firstly u r file the case against ur wide in cruelty based.becoz if u and ur wife not able to tolerate each other so this is a right way to solve ur problem .if u r ready to want divorce her so in mutually u r both file the case in juridiction way in two dates ur dovorce is done .but what about ur child this is a very marge and sensitive discussion so pls u will meet us for further consultation.

Sir, legal separation or Divorce is the solution that you would have. But filing of a divorce case requires grounds of cruelty by the other party. So you will have to detail your matter and yes divorce is the solution that you have.

Well you are legally weded husband and wife you are now planing for div well you can file div on the ground of crueltu as well as on the ground of mutual.consent decide every thing in writing and file petition fot peaceful life divorce is best remedy in your case so you r advised to file divorcpetitip u/ s 13b for mutua lly an d in case of crueltu 13ia 1955 of Hindu marriage act futherbtoy can contact personally for filing the petition if any

If you want to marry someone else, you can file a divorce by mutual consent. Six months time will be given to both the parties to reconsider their act. If both of you are ready to dissolve the marriage, the court will decree the divorce. But if you don't want to marry again, you can take a judicial separation. Revert me. All the best.
