Physical and mental torture by husband how to separate

3 yrs of marriage whr I got mental Nd physical torture from my husband.. I hav a 2 yr old kid. Husband stays away frm us due to job.. He always support his brother Nd his wife Nd thr kid bt never showed luv towards his own kid .. I don't want any of his family members in my life.. A small ex. Want to give wen my brother in law came here to India he never cum to my house to see my child bt on the other hand my husband always took care Nd even stayed wish is family wen they were in Qatar wid my brother in law.. Now it's my turn to take a stand.. My husband never ever took a stand for me Nd kid

There are different laws of divorce for different religion - Hindus (Sikh, Jain, Budh) Hindu Marriage Act 1955, Christians Divorce Act 1869 and Christian Marriage Act 1872, Muslim - Personnel Laws of Divorce and Dissolution of Marriage Act 1939 and Muslim Women (protection of Rights on Divorce) Act 1986, Parsis Marriage and Divorce Act 1936
There is also a secular law called Special marriage Act 1954
