Got married to my Girl friend in aryasamaj in 2013, due to various reasons. Now if I file for divorce with my wife due to very serious issues we have, Will I be subjected to give her alimony(she earns 50% more than me) also, I do not have any property or assets but my dad has. provided that my parents have still not accepted our marriage and haven't accepted me as their son again for marrying out, will my parents assets also be subject to giving ailmony to my wife at divorce. My dad also has not got any assets of inheritance but everything is his own hard earned. please advise.

Firstly, she may not be eligible to claim alimony from you on divorce because she is adequately earning through her employment sources.
For alimony there is no such rule for sharing the properties held on your name or in your father's name or even share in ancestral properties.
You have been wrongly informed that you have to give her assets in lieu of alimony, it is not so and there is no law by which she can make a claim that way. You can challenge her claim based on her employment to repudiate her claim for alimony during divorce.

Sir,
First of all being a lawfully wedded husband you have the prime duty to maintain your wife irrespective of non existence of any income from your property. If she earns more than you it should be proved during the trial.
Being a hindu family your fathers self acquired property will not bind the obligation of maintenance.
