Parents and husband not supporting for divorce can i still get divorce

I want to ask that is there any law defined, taking the divorce from my husband and he is not giving...I am on one side and my husband and my real parents are on other side... Please help mee what to do

महत्वपूर्ण यह है कि आप किस आधार पर तलाक चाहतीं हैं नाकि यह कि आप के पति आपको तलाक देना चाहते हैं या नहीं ।
बेहतर होगा यदि आप अपनी समस्या को विस्तार से बतायें ।

Ma'am you would be glad to know that the divorce is related to husband and wife and family members have nothing to do in it. Furthermore if there exist grounds for divorce , a decree of divorce may be passed by the family court if a petition for divorce is filed and any ground like cruelty, adultery, desertion etc is proved. It is not like a thing or grace that depends on the giver.

Good evening, Ur in-laws or ur husband harras u for dowry? Have u any week point of ur husband? Like drinking, gay, impotent or other type. If u want get rid off from ur husband, file a suit under section 498(A) IPC. But one condition, ur marriage time not above 7 years.
