Frankly speaking these are petty issues which happens in every family. But if you really want to dissolve the marriage. You have to file Divorce petition which shows some extraordinary hardship towards you and your family and your lawyer have to convince the court that it is impossible for you to reside with your wife. Think properly. Revert me. All the best.

Hi,
the behaviour of your wife as you have mentioned in brief amounts to cruelty towards you and your parents and on this ground itself, you may seek divorce under special marriage act. You need to consult a good lawyer, discuss the case and proceed accordingly.

you can invoke the jurisdiction of family courts and file a divorce petition on the ground of cruelty if you have been married atleast one year ago and she cannot force you to convert and one thing more was it a wedding as per hindu rites or christan rites and there would be a small change in the procdure but the grounds shall remain same

u can file a divorce on cruelty basis, it is easy due to circumstances which is written . you can record the all cruelties in cameras, cruelty is main reason for getting the divorce, if u will do the meeting than i will tell you all grounds for getting the divorce which grounds mentioned in law.
