Not received maintenance still what can I do?

namesty sir, mai jana chati hu ki family court may gawahi may kay pucha jata hai, kyu ki 19 january 2016 ko mere date thi,aur gawahi may 2 qustion pucha, 1-ap dono log hi divorce lena chayte ho, 2-mujhe ap ko paise milay ya nhi, to maine kaha ki nhi,kyu ki wo amount family court may (family court) ke hi naam se jama hai, jo mujhe abhi nhi mila hai, ab mujhe agye kya karna plz bataiye,kyu ki mere vakil kuch thik se nhi bata rahy hai, sir 5 years ho gay hai,mere ek beti bhi hai, sir mai privet job kar ke apni beti ko padati hu, kya karu bataiye mere agli date 26 may 2016 ko hai,

You have to seek for maintenance from your husband for your daughter and for yourself, and as per law their is an increment of 10% every year of maintenance amount ordered by the court.
