Not happy with the judgement passed by dubai court can I file here

23-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband n I both Rcatholic indian. He has filed a case against me on false allegations. The actual reason being he has an affair with a Danish living in Dubai and needs a divorce to marry her.The case in Dubai is at judgement stages where I'm not happy with the same. They have gone ahead and given him a divorce. My final judgement date is 29th Jan. He will be asked to pay me maintenance here in Dubai which I feel he will negotiate heavily and end up not paying anything for me n my daughter who is 13. My question is 1) can I at this stage open a case in bombay? 2) how will this affect my property which has his name as a joint holder in bom n goa? Even though my father paid for 80% for bom n I'm still payingbthe goa loan 3) how can I make him pay the lumpsum amount which the Dubai court decides for him to pay yearly till my child is 18 or21? 4)can I have the property transferred on my daughters name and I be the guardian alone as he wants a share of the same which he has never paid for

Hi if you are not satisfied with the Dubai court decision or judgment than you file case in India Mumbai. File case for maintenance under DV.act, you can file file criminal case for mental and physical torture. If he is earning good you get good maintenance. Other thing are done on only settlement transfer of property or lumsum amount.
