Not able to get maintenance have 2 kids what to do?

Dear sir my husband wants divorce at that time I don't want divorce so he but a case on me with the reason am mentally changed am tocharing him I beataed him he so I put 144 divorce and meintance case on him but our lawyer are very week there is no moment and recently I checked my case status there case was win by my husband exparte divorce on 2016/15/Dec but I haven't received any information about the case win and meintance I don't have any source of income have 2 kids 8years 2yesrs boys am not able to get any type of salary credits and pay slips of my husband right know please help me for my kids future. What should I do?
