No maintenance from husband how to claim

15-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)

I was a married resident of Dubai, and currently located in Mumbai with my children aged 13 and 11. We had mutually decided to space out to resolve our conflicts. It was an understanding that he would partake the responsibilities of a father and ensure that I graduate and find myself a job. However, it's now been 7 years and he has neither kept his word nor abided to the orders received by the family court. he has not maintained contact with kids either. He works as a Country Head in Middle East and earns above 3 lakh/month.

Greetings,
First of all are you earning any amount if yes than how much, is it sufficient to maintain yourself and your kids? Second most important thing were your mutual understanding reduced in writing? And what was the courts order if the order speaks clearly that your husband needs to pay you maintenance and he is not paying you then in this case you may approach the same court by way of execution application which had granted you divorce
