Dear Sir, Can you please help me to know about new law for "Irretrievable breakdown of marriage" . Is the new law accepted by lok sabha & supreme court ? Is the new law is in practice by the court which is one sided favored law ( women friendly). I asked this question because my wife is trying to take advantage of this law, She filed following cases against me 1. False 125 Maintenance (Court Decision was against her) 2. False DV (Pending) Now she is in mind to take advantage of ""Irretrievable breakdown of marriage" law. she has stolen gold and bank FD receipt.
Dear client parliment had passed the law related regarding irreparable break down off the marriage. The ground of irreparable breakdown of marriage is added in Hindu marriage act and now it is in practice. For detail discussion call me

"Irretrievable breakdown of marriage" all the possibilities of conciliation is come to an end there is absolutely no chance of conciliation between the parties. is it possible for u to send me petition filed by ur wife against u & whether u have submitted ur written statement in the court the copy of the same. on that basis ur case can be decided whether it come under that term or not.
