Need to file divorce case 11 years wedding 2 sons

Need to file divorce it's 11 yrs of wedding and we have two son one 10 yr and 1 is 2 year.
There are number of provisions under Hindu law as per which Divorce may be filed by either of the spouse, there are certain provisions under which special rights to women has been given ,first give me your details it will be easier to give specific advice .
