04-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I need to apply to divorce on the grounds of - 1. A jobless husband 2. Doesn't want to have kids 3. Has abused me a couple of times 4. I'm working and he still forces me to do household work 5. I don't see any future with him as he doesn't want to work or get a job ever and wants nothing out of his life and is pulling me and my career down with him 6. He is always rude to my parents and has never respected them I got married in 2011 December under Hindu religion ceremony. I want to get a divorce from him and move forward with my life. I don't expect anything from him in this divorce and only want to get away from this toxic relationship. Please advice.

Hi!

Your outlook and vision towards like is far different from your husband and it seems that you are dragging this relationship.

Talk to your husband for divorce by mutual consent if he agrees then execute the divorce deed by mutual consent.

If he does not allow for divorce then approach to the court for divorce on above grounds.
