I got summons from court regarding divorce petition filed my wife should I need to attend for hearing on Jun 06 2017 first hearing was happened I check the status of case in online is "issue" what is meant by "issue" and this case can be transferred to Lok adalat

on what grounds she filed a divorce , and please do appear before the court and hon'ble judge will c to live together and they will sent both of you to counselling later on they will refer your file to lok adalat.

Why did you not appear on 6th June 2017. What is the reason. If any body was called to attend by court summon he/she must attend the same on that particular day. Thereafter on each and every adjournment he must attend the case. Late better than never. Go to court and engage an expert advocate and contest the matter. If you were set experty, the advocate will file a petition for setting a side the exparty order. I think you did not correctly verify the matter on line. issue means it may be issue of summons again to you or in another meaning issues i.e.., questions to be decided after setting you exparty. Verify the matter thoroughly by engaging expert advocate and also by taking necessary legal assistance. Another date of adjournment will be given. Don`t miss to attend court on any date of adjournment in future.
