Need information regarding second marriage

Being a hindu, I got ex party order of divorce on Mar 14 and remarried on Jan 15. If notice not served to Ex-wife, is there any possibilities to cancel my order if challenged during Jun 17 ? is my second marriage is illegal?
On what grounds did you get an ex parte decree of divorce, when you filed divorce you must have served a copy to your wife and she did not respond hence learned court granted you exparte decree.
If such is the case your wife cannot challenge her discrepancy.

But when you filed divorce and if you manipulated service upon your wife, then your wife can challenge the exparte decree

Once Divorce order has been passed and did not challenge within appellate period before the Uppor forum. Then it became absolute. Therefore, in your case your Second Marriage is legally one and valid one.
