Your husband is trying to play a double game, i feel he has intentions of indirectly ask for dowry and do not leave your matrimonial home without informing the police station over writing as a note of information because your husband may accuse stating you do not wish to stay with his family and such ground is a very good ground for the same. Further detailed discussion is necessary.

Look, you are already aware that, your husband will file Divorce against you. and from your story and from your question I am well understood that, you are waiting for it. As because your question is "which ground he can file divorce?' If we the Lawyers states you that such and such ground he can file Divorce against you, then can you stop to file the Divorce case by your husband against you? Certainly Not. Then.....
So, before filing the Divorce Suit, asked us what you should do.

You can file a FIR in local police station against your husband under section 498A/ 406 of I. P. C.
And file a divorce case along with some compensation for spoiling your life.
And you also file for mutual divorce according to you choice.

At present their are two probabilities , one you wait and give time to survive your relationship, two you can take legal action against your husband like claiming maintenance or claiming restitution of conjugal rights , depends upon your decision.
