Need help, peace and respect in matrimonial life. Assist me please.
14-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi Team, From last 1 year Im facing problem with my wife. She never respect, care me and my parents. She is not allowing my sister to visit our home. She is trying to separate my parents from me. She is very irresponsible, Never does or support my mother in household work. She trapped me in the name of LOVE and cheated me. She is a big lier. She is 2 years elder to me which she hide before marriage. (Has proof PAN card) She is already married n separated, which she did not disclose to me before marriage. (but I do not have proof to prove it) Without any information she took 100 grams of our gold and kept it at her mothers place. Many times I tried and requested to change her behavior, she never changed. I even warned her but she is black mailing that she will attempt suicide. I need peace of mind n to live life happy, which canot hapen with my wife. I do not want to continue our relation. What are the options to me????
Before your wife initiate any legal action you life a divorce case (if you want to get rid of her) and you can also file a criminal case against her for cheating and threatening​ with commiting suicide.

Whether you are employed, and whether your wife employed and educated. If you are employed try to change the location of job and get transfer to other place and live separately and peacefully with out taking her to that place. You must provide maintenance if your wife is not employed. Try to solve the problem strategically by taking the assistance of mediators, well wishers and others like parents etc., Don`t precipitate the matter. Don`t be complacent, be vigilant.

Need to know whether your wife is legally divorced from her first marriage .
you can file a case of divorce on the grounds of cruelty as non disclosure of proof of divorce, stealing gold etc, threatening to commit suicide etc are good grounds of divorce
File a divorce suit in the court after collating all necessary evidences to substantiate your claim of being
1) elder than you in age
2) proof of earlier marriage (you can get it from registrar office if the earlier marriage was registered)
3) any conversations recorded/ letter threatening to commit suicide etc.

If you do not wish to continue relationship with your wife, talk to your wife and convince her for Mutual Consent Divorce. You can end your relationship with your wife in a matter of 6 months. She will demand money and you pay the same and end the marriage. However, if your wife is adamant and shows no interest in Mutual Consent Divorce, file divorce petition under the cruelty ground and pray for a decree of divorce.
