How to get divorce easily ? I don't need alimony but expense of my daughter from my husband & rent or house to live

You need to file maintenance first under section 125 crpc..lodge an FIR under sections 498A, 323,504,506 IPC against your husband and in-laws and then proceed for maintenance.. And don't go for divorce before your demands are met..otherwise you won't be able to bargain..legally you and your daughter both are liable to get maintained and your husband is bound to pay for your daughter's education and marriage..
