Need divorce with our Gold and expenses, please advise the procedure

Respected lawyers. i got married 2013 february.filed 498 a case november 2014 and maintanance case registerd on 2014 auguest .498 A status is Trail.MC status is enquiry.my gold 20 tulas and 5 lacks dowry and 1 lack furniture is with them only.marriage performed by with my family expenses around 6 lacks .we have proofs of purchasing gold while marrige marrige phots and videoes.now we want Divorce with our expenses and gold.but they are not ready to give my gold and dowry.if we agree with out gold and expenses they will give divorce.but we need to return bk dat amount.As soon as possible we want divorce .can u pls help us with guidance.we
Yes, you can claim your sridhan etc., as per law and recent supreme court is relieng on your case. Consult and discuss briefly with which is already filed 498a also reflect in this cade. Consult and file appropriate suit.

Dear Madam/Sir, you have already filed divorce case and leving separately, If you want divorce with your amount, you can file divorce case on cruelty ground with permanent alimony. In permanent alimony you can recover your amount.

No, divorce decree you can get at the most. If you want return of gold and amount you have to go for mediation and compromise. It is very difficult unless you agree for withdrawal of criminal case. Your husband never enter into settlement, if you impose such conditions.
