Sir/Madam,

Before advising you anything regarding divorce we would like to suggest you to try settle the issue amicably or through counselling. if then too the things are not working then as per law after marriage there should be one year of separation between husband and wife to approach the appropriate court of law to file a divorce by mutual concern, which please note.

Please explain in detail how you people have got married. If only an affidavit is signed by both of you then we can make a MOU and get it done, will notarize it.
You will have to come and meet me and give me all the documents.

Dear Client
Since the application made by both of you is not submitted to BMC and that too it is not supported with any witness, you need not have to worry about registration. I hope by now both of you have conveyed to your advocate not to submit application.
Kindly give detail instructions whether ceremonial rites where performed or it was just court marriage. If it's arrange marriage, kindly convey for further details. Because in that case procedure to obtain divorce will differ.
Thank you.
