My wife wants divorce but i want to save my marriage.


15-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)

I and my girlfriend got married two and half years ago. We haven't lived together from that time till now because her parents are not allowing. She wants divorce but dont want to end our marriage at any cost wants to save my precious relationship. Its going to end because of 2 year distance. I know when she'll live with me our love will automatically come back.. if she files divorce then what should i do so that she would not be able to take divorce from me????.. i am in very bad conditions no one is there for me..please help..

Hope you can get a good lawyer to defend your case. I suggest you seek for remedy from appropriate court to help you save a private matter such as that stated above. God helps those who help themselves.

You r advised to file a marriage petition under seciton 9 of Hindu marriage Act if u r Hindu and if she files divorce petition then u have opportunity to file objection and get chance of mediation which will give u a platform to talk and convince ur wife
