Hi
You should file a case of Restitution of conjugal rights in the court.
Since already mediation measures have failed to get your wife and children back to you, it is time to approach the court.
Hope you have all the records of police counselling so as to ensure that your defense is ready in the event of your wife filing false 498a, DVC cases against you.

Hello,

This is a family matter and this can be sorted only by you and your wife. Police will not interfere much. At best they can call and counsel both of you and send back. Now, send a legal notice to your wife through a lawyer and ask her to come back to you. If she comes back to you and resumes matrimonial relationship, good. If not, file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights in the jurisdictional family court. Feel free to contact me if you need any help.
