My wife left home and no response from her since
02-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have recently married on 27th april 2015 and we have shifted to mumbai on may 2015, my wife left my home on 24th August-2015 and after not pick up any call. I will try many thing to send message, call, letter but not even given answer of anything. What should I do?
Firstly you have to send notice to your wife via an advocate under fulfill a marriage obligation.
If she don't want to come then you can file a petition for divorce or conjugal rights.
If she willingly do not perform her marriage obligation then she is not entitled for maintenance but you have to prove that she willingly ignored you or left your home.
