My wife is having an affair can I file divorce on such ground

I'd caught my wife speaking on phone and exchanging whatsapp messages with another man twice in last one year. We have been married for 14 years now and have 3 kids. I'd like to divorce my wife because of the above given reason. I also have couple of witnesses who have seen her exchanging whatsapp messages with the other man. Please advise

I order to prove that the wife is having affair you have to give strong evidences, u stated what app messages and couple of witnesses , but atleast those have to be revealed to advocate you choice in order to set a case for divorce. Further the third person details are required inorder to proceed in case as he shall be also party to the matter. Strong evidences are required in order to prove the guilty of extra marital affair. So I would suggest to approach the legal expert and seek further process.
