My wife file a case section 125 on family court and she dont want come

Hi, My marriage was on 27th april 2015 and my wife left my home from mumbai at 23th august-2015 and i have tried so many times but she cant pick my calls and not given any answer to my messages and then april she filed a case on family court for section 125 to get intrim maintainance but i want to get back my wife hence i was filed a case of hindu marriage petition on family court and i had completed one hearing on court against judge and my wife and my mother-in law said that she dont want back my home. so, how can i relieve from intrim maintainace and final maintainance

If the wife is not earning n you have sources you have to pay maintenance to wife n interim is paid only without evidence etc that is at initial stage on the application of wife n it is temporary hence is granted without evidence etc . next you can escape it if you have proof that the wife is earning or she is leading an immoral life or she is wilfully avoiding to join you n you have never inflicted cruelty on her .you have also some defences but same needs to b agitated properly in trail n it will definetly tilt scale towards you provided you get lawyer with clear road map for defending you n not casual defence feel free for any more suggestions on subject

Please note that if you want to get you wife back you need to filed proceeding in the Hon'ble Court of law under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 if you are hindu. Further detail consultancy can only be given only after know the entire facts of the case .
