My in-laws harassing, and husband wants to divorce, please advise

What are the reason of fight between both of u.and what do u want.and app bhi divorce chahte ho ya baki koi mentally or physically harassment bhi h.or recent app kaha stay kr rhe ho Hushband ke sath ho .

If you also want divorce then go for mutual one and also get maintainance from your husband for you and for your baby. And that is also a mutual thing how much he earns and how his financial background is.everthing depends on his financial condition and main thin is he agree with all terms and condition.

You can get interim maintenance as well as maintenance from your husband for yourself as well as your children. you can ask for compensation for harassment also against your in laws. You can share details of harassment ie whether economic, verbal or physical etc so that court proceedings can be initiated against them.
