My in laws are asking me to leave matrimonial house

Meri saas ne mere against case file kiya ghar ko khali karne ka jis ghar me m rahti hu vah unke naam hai . is ghar me 2and 1/2 years se rah rahi hu. BT meri mother in law one year se mere pass aai hai. Mere do bache hai. BT now mera in laws ke sath dispute chal raha hai pichle ek machine se. Meri saas and husband ab Chacha me ghar per rah rahe hai. Ye makan 2.5 manjila hai. M ground floor per rahti hu. Or upar mere husband me Chacha rahe hai. BT merit saas or husband dusre Chacha me yahan per rahte hai. Kya court mujhe yaha ghar ko khali karne ke order kar sakti hai.

in general yes, court may order to vacate the house bcoz the house is in the name of your mother in law... but tumare paas option h k tum apne husband prr case file kro or court m unke saath rehne ko maango... or khrcha maango
