My husband wants divorce and absconding

I have filed 498, dv on him he is only available on ph for police he didnt pick my cl i dnt know whr he stays i m from last 3 months staying with my parents i want to stay with him he is staying as pg with other guy not with his family what can i do to go and live with him

If you have filed cases like 498a and DV than how can you expect or intend to stay with him. For cohabitation the case required to be filed is Restitution of Conjugal Rights (RCR). You can if possible personally come to our office for consulting (consulting chgs Rs 300/- only).

you will have to file legal proceedings in court and take order for residence with him as well as restitution of conjugal rights
once you have these orders then you can go and stay with him
he might be residing as PG but he is responsible for you and your residence.
if he is not fulfilling his duties towards you then the court will issue orders to him for fulfilling his duties towards you.
