My father is torturing my mother what to do

My mom is a teacher, my papa is doing footwear shop in Vadodara . his footwear shop's finance from my mom he is doing nothing for us and torcherin every day to my mom and me with doing wrong things, every day he is fighting with my for no matters. Kindy suggest us the right path for we both .... Waiting for your reply
Right path is that ask him why he is doing thing and if you and your mother want to live separate then you both can do same.
If he still don't stop torturing you and your mother then you both can file police complain against him but it will make more vulnerable.
So best way is talk with her and get solution in home.

It's up to ur mom if she wants divorce than u can file divorce and can live alone as he is not going to give u alimony or maintenance and ur mom cannot get maintenance also as she is working.as thr is no other way. And than too u can meet lawyer in varodara and he can suggest u better.
