Mutually consented divorce mentally challenged husband how to get it

22-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I want to go for a mutually consented divorce on grounds of mental incompatibility. What are the legalities involved ? What would be my alimony liabilities ? Is there any scope for an out of court settlement ? I want to get over with it as quickly as possible as both of us going through acute mental tension.
