mutual divorce initiation by girl

the parties (hindu) are seperated for more than 8 months no communication for past 2 months between the spouses. talks with parents a month back failed. girl faced emotional humilation, and mental torture by in laws and husband at husband's house. the boys parents have no objection to divorce. how to initiate divorce. I am girl's father.
There are many ways to take divorce either by mutual consent or by the grounds of crueltyin mutual consent seperation shall be minimum of 1 year

For taking mutual consent you have to wait for separation period of one year and only then you can apply for divorce on mutual consent. There for after 4 months you can apply for divorce before the concerned court

Hey if both the parties are ready for mutual divorce then a mutual divorce petition can be filled in the family court. The most important thing is that both the parties must be living separately from last 1year before filing of mutual divorce petition and they me be ready for mutual divorce.
