Mutual consent for divorce but finacial settlement not decided
16-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Me and wife both decided to file divorce as early as possible; however, we are not able to come to common terms on property/funds division. Will it be possible to file divorce (1st motion) as mutual consent and decide on settlement due time (1-2 months)?
Hello
Yes that possible you can file divorce by mutual consent in court and then you can after coming to settlement can file ur settlement terms And conditions. Also court will give you time to put your claim

dear client, basically it is the power of the court how to settle your distribution alimony, etc.therefore if you are going to agree within 1-2 months then don't waste time in this matter as the future delay is too much though you are taking mutual divorce,
