Mutual Consent Divorce Staying Arrangement. How to ensure it stays

11-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hi, My wife and I wish to go for a mutual consent divorce. We have been residing in Pune for the past 6 months and are staying at a place owned by my wife's mother. I have a leave and license agreement with her mother for this place. To file for divorce is it necessary that I need to move out and show a separate leave & license agreement or can we argue that while staying in the same house we have been living separately for the past year? We had a Catholic marriage 3 years ago, did not register it so far and have no children.

Dear client u can show court that u both r resding under same roof without any physical relation from more than one year. No need of separate live and license. U can file mutual divorce on basis of this live and license. For any legal help call me
