What is the procedure to file for mutual consent divorce? What is the cost?

Both should agree on certain terms of settlement, thereafter the on the basis of said settlement you have to file fisrt motion petition and after 6 month second motion , then court will pass a consent decree of divorce on the agreed terms

Mutual consent divorce means both party are agree to sign on petition without any grievance and objections and file petition thruogh counsel. Court records statement of both party and after six month at the time of second motion court give a order where both party start their life seperately.

You can file petition of divorce through mutual consent .both of you can go to the court for filing petition and after 6 month you can get the divorce​ decree. If u want consult anything regarding fees etc .you can meet​ me

Mutual divorce is something where no extra hardship is faced. petition with respect to dissolution of marriage will be move in appropriate court.
It will take around 6 months where 2 rounds of appearances will be done.

both parties have to agree for divorce through mutual consent. they can sign a MOU for their disputes if any, after that they have to file first motion before the court and after six month of cooling period they have to file second motion for divorce. cost/fees can be decided after meeting
