Hello,

I understand your problem but you have to decide would you ready to live with your husband or not? If you want to live with your husband then you can go for "Restitution of Conjugal Rights" to live together else you can go for divorce. First you decide you want to live with your husband or not.

If you have exhausted your efforts of reconciliation through your family elders you could approach a family court by filing a petition for restitution of conjugal rights. There you would get mandatory court counselling where you can convince your husband. Before approaching the family court it is advisable to take efforts through your family elders for reconciliation.
