You can file a divorce case on the grounds of cruelty which includes both mental and physical torture. You can also file a case against your husband for domestic violence to teach him a listen. It is advisable to do a police complaint if your husband tortures you again. Once you file for a divorce case then you can ask for maintenance from your husband to support you and your daughter. Kindly book a consultancy if you need some more clarification.
