Mental torture by husband and in laws. what legal action can I take

I got married on 2013 Aug soon got conceived faced there was continuous mental torcher and humiliation from from mother in law and husband in case of status , money and work. My husband tapped my phone , taken my debit card and made me quit job forcefully. After 6 months I came to my parents home . now my child is almost 2.6 yrs he want me and child to comeback and never felt sorry for watever he had done . he just says its all because of ur mistake I am man u should listen to my orders.
