Mental harassment by husband and his relatives what action can I take

Hi Maam/Sir, My brother in laws family cheated us and sacked us out soon after 1 month after marriage. i got married in dec 2014. They also sacked my mother in law and one mentally challenged bro in law. They sold off all the property and my brother in law took it all. We hv a family business where both my husband and bro in law takes care. how ever we dint get any share in the business and property. We all came out of their house which is rented. With the help of my mothers family and other we hv started new business and which is running well. so But later they threatened us to pay 1cr debts which all did by my bro in law. we also agrred to pay and paid of most debts to the parties by taking loans from BANKS and my relatives to save the interest rates. Now Problems are coming from my mother inlaw and entire family expect my husbabd. We give monthly 10000 as compensation to mom in law inspite of they stay with us only.
