Mental Harassment And Humiliation By MIL And Husband.

hindu. got harrased mentally right from the start of marriage last year. my mil and hubby both are involved. took away my phone. not able to contact anyone for almost 10 months. not allowed to go to my parents. always asked me to leave forever. humiliated me, my parents. i left the place two months back and compained in mahila ayog. 1 meeting was held where i asked for separate stay with husband. as they didn't agree another date is fixed. after this one day they called us and humiliated us on phone. now i want a straight divorce as they have taken it too far. please advice me what step i must take and how much compensation i must ask from them. there standard of living is better than us. i have got all evidences against them such as text messages, whts app and phone recording.

Madem you can file a straight divorce case against your spouce and as well as you can file 498A against them and you must gets havey cimpensation for your maintanance under section 125 of crpc and section 24 of Hindu marriage act even you will get all the legal expenses for fighting a case.

Dear client tell police to register f i r against husband and mil under 498 a. Then file domestic violence case in court against them. Then file divorce on the ground of cruelty and ask huge amount as compensation. For any legal help call me

You can file Divorce Petition against your Husband, And criminal case under Domestic violence law, You also have right to claim alimony monthly from your husband, the monthly alimony depends on the income of the husband and requirement of the wife (For self Livelyhood and for childrens) a particular amount of alimony can not be decided at this stage.

hello, i have been through your query and i think that you should send a legal notice to your husband and also file a domestiv violence case on the basis of cruelty and that can also lead you to gain divorce in less amount of time that is 6 months under thwe provision of 13 b of hindu marraige and divorce act.
